New Flash

flash / life stuff!!

Well, a day late is better than never! I would have liked to have more done for ya’ll but am feeling a little stuck creatively right now, if I'm being real. I love drawing critters and stuff (obviously) so that won’t be changing too much, but I really feel like my style is going through a shift right now. I really need to take some space to figure out WHAT that looks like exactly, but it’s difficult when you also have to draw to make a living.

Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining about what I get to do. I really love tattooing very much. But it would be sick, cool and epic if us creatives could AFFORD to take like a month or two off and go hermit out in the woods or some shit to figure out our next step in the creative journey…ya feel me?

Anyway, self pity aside, I hope ya’ll enjoy the flashes! Ya’ll may notice the dragons have made a come back here. Nobody ended up booking these dudes as repeatable flash, so i’ve just decided to make them single use and hope they find homes! I wanna tattoo those little boogers.

I’ll have more flash coming soon-ish. No exact date in mind because lately it seems when I give myself a deadline i’m bad about following it. :\ But it WILL BE SOON!

I’m also considering opening my custom requests early because that seemed to help me work out of an art funk last time. Not totally sure yet, but I think it’ll be sooner then initially planned (I wasn't going to open them again until august or September earliest, tbh.)

flash sale stuff!

A year or two back, I cleared out my files on my iPad and listed aaaaall the designs that didn’t find homes for a discount. I’ve amassed quite a few of these unwanted beasts again, and will be going through the slow process of uploading them to my instagram! They’ll be viewable under a ‘sale’ highlight, and will kinda be uploaded at random. Booking with them will be the same through my Venueink page once they’re up. They’ll be first come first serve and single use.

It’s been so ungodly hot and I hate it. It’s bad and it ruined my chances of finding morel mushrooms this year. :,,) Just had to vent about that somewhere. ANYWAY I hope everyone is doing well and staying hydrated! Please lmk if you have questions about anything. Thanks again!
